I really love that this has 1 billion live probiotics, and the capsule format makes it even better for me Nothing really to complain about, honestly! I personally prefer the capsule form over powder, and it works great for me. The only thing is the pill size is a bit small, but otherwise it's perfect Take it on an empty stomach
