After taking it consistently, I've noticed that vaginal discharge seems to have decreased a bit. I tend to have excessive discharge, but this supplement didn't deliver dramatic results for me.

I've taken so many vaginal probiotics while dealing with severe yeast infections, but this is the first time I've seen such immediate results. If you take it consistently, you can support both your gut health and intimate wellness at the same time. In terms of effectiveness, there's really nothing to complain about, but like most vaginal probiotic supplements, the price point is quite high. That said, if you focus solely on the results, I'd strongly recommend this product. I found it worked better when I took it on an empty stomach before bed rather than in the morning. Also, when yeast infection symptoms flare up before my period or during ovulation, taking two capsules makes the discomfort go away quickly.
