I'm using the sensitive formula, but honestly, both products have pretty similar ingredients. I bought mine in April and I've been using it at least once a week ever since. It works great without any issues. What I really love is that it comes in a tube, so it's super easy to control how much you use. If your body skin isn't dealing with eczema or extreme sensitivity, you should be fine using this. The subtle scent is nice, and it leaves my skin feeling really hydrated after washing, which is definitely a plus. Body scrub products tend to have pretty similar characteristics, so I don't really have any complaints about this one. I wouldn't exactly call it a tip, but since this is a scrub with granules, it can be a bit irritating if you're not careful. When you use it, make sure to use plenty of water and apply a good amount of moisturizer afterward. Since you're physically exfoliating your body, hydration is absolutely essential after.
