It's gentle without any eye irritation or other sensitivity issues, and it removes makeup really well. Honestly, one product is enough for most makeup looks—unless you're wearing super bold, dramatic eye makeup. Like I mentioned, because it's so mild, people with oily skin can even use it as a morning cleanser. I have dry skin and use it daily without any tightness or uncomfortable pulling sensations. The packaging is inconvenient. To be honest, I go through cleansing water pretty quickly, so finding a product that offers great value for money is really the most important thing for me. I actually picked this up by accident at duty-free because the packaging looked so similar to another brand, but once I started using it, I didn't notice any significant difference in performance. That's when I decided to stick with it. There's really nothing to complain about. This cleanser is gentle and offers great cleansing power for the price. It works wonderfully when you're just removing a light sunscreen application. I love how easy it is to cleanse with this product. The amount you get is really generous too, which is fantastic! I don't have any complaints at all. I'm using it regularly and it works great!

Affordable and seriously effective at cleansing! Compared to other products, the cleansing power is incredibly impressive - I can finish my entire morning cleanse with just this water alone. When I use gentler products with good ingredients, I always end up wiping multiple times, which actually irritates my skin more. But this one removes everything in one go, which is so convenient! The scent isn't great and the formula isn't as gentle as I'd hoped. The opening leaks constantly, so every time I close it, it's a total mess. Since the opening tends to leak, instead of pouring it out each time I use it, I fill an empty cotton pad container with makeup remover pads and pour this water over them. It's incredibly convenient to use whenever I need it.
