It didn't irritate my eyes at all. The lather was rich and abundant, making cleansing so easy and comfortable. During rinsing, it felt really tight and squeaky, which made me feel like I wasn't getting a thorough cleanse. That was frustrating.

After just one day of using it, I was amazed at how much the breakouts calmed down! The results are really noticeable. The soap came with a soft cloth, and I was worried it might irritate my skin, but when I lather the soap onto the cloth and gently massage my face, it creates a nice foam that cleanses beautifully without being harsh at all. Plus, using the cloth makes it so easy to clean those tricky areas like the sides of my nose that are normally hard to reach. I haven't found any downsides yet! I picked this up because I was dealing with folliculitis, and after using it every evening for a week, my skin cleared up so much! I think anyone with oily or acne-prone skin will really benefit from this!! Using it too frequently can leave your skin feeling dry. I found that using it every other day works best. Pro tip: Cut the bar in half when you first start using it!
