The ingredients are excellent. The fragrance is wonderful. My skin doesn't tolerate oils at all. I've been using this for about 5 days and it's working great. I reordered it because it was on sale. Since my skin can't handle heavy creams, I'm really satisfied with how this product fills that gap. I think it's better to start with a lightweight formula rather than applying high-concentration products when dealing with dry skin. Nothing to complain about. I wish this product got more advertising. I grabbed it during the sale. I can't use hair treatments, so I use it as a hair product, body oil, hand oil, and more. I actually buy this mainly for the scent. I haven't found my holy grail fragrance yet, and white musk is the only one that doesn't give me a headache, but it's so common. That said, this product has great ingredients and absorbs beautifully. The fragrance is subtle and smells like a truly luxurious soap. Santa Maria Novella gave me headaches too, so I'd definitely recommend this to anyone like me. It's not cheap, but considering the quality, the oil content, and how long it lasts, it's actually great value for the price. I really hope they don't discontinue this. The emulsion from the same line also has a lovely scent and I used it well, but it's sold out now. Oh, and I've only used this on my body until now, but I tried it on my hair this time and it's not sticky at all—it's wonderful. As I mentioned before, I use this as a fragrance substitute, and I do wish the scent were stronger. I've tried rose, goat's milk vanilla, grapefruit, and several other products, and the aloe is definitely the most subtle. Well, there's not much I can do about that, so if I had to point out a downside, that's it. Also, I'm not sure about the current packaging, but the containers used to have quality issues that were really inconvenient. The emulsion pump stopped working halfway through too. I hope things are better now? It's nice to apply when your skin is damp, but I prefer applying it to dry skin because the scent seems to last longer that way. I'm personally not a fan of spray bottles, so I was planning to switch to using the leftover oil bottle cap instead. Update: I tried the oil cap and it didn't work well. I love how subtle and delicate the scent is. Unlike those cheap oils you find everywhere, this one actually absorbs into your skin instead of just sitting on the surface. During winter, I layer it under my moisturizer or mix it together, and my skin stays incredibly soft and smooth all day long. I've been using it on my face too and haven't experienced any breakouts. I'm already on my second bottle, but I decided to try Goat's Milk this time since I wanted a change of fragrance. I've seen some people use this on their hair, and while it's fine to apply leftover product from your body to your hair, I wouldn't recommend using it as a substitute for hair serum. Your hair will get weighed down and look greasy. Face and body oil should stay on your face and body, and hair oil should be reserved for your hair. One more thing—I wish the price were a bit lower.
