I'm really happy with this product! The scent is lovely and the cleansing power is fantastic! I think it would work wonderfully for dry, brittle hair and sensitive scalp. I trust using it because it's a natural shampoo. For a natural shampoo, this one really impresses me! The lather is fantastic, the cleansing power is excellent, and the scent is absolutely lovely! The price is quite steep, and if you have damaged hair, you'll definitely need to use a separate treatment. Without it, your hair gets really dry and tangled.

Honestly, words can't do it justice—you just have to try it yourself to understand! The lather is pretty good, but fair warning: it can sting a bit if it gets in your eyes, so be careful. The fragrance is lovely, and even after washing, the scent lingers subtly on your hair. The downside is that when you squeeze out the water and start blow-drying, you might notice your hair feels a bit stiff. If the stiffness feels like too much, just apply a hair essence or oil to the ends of your hair. Once you blow-dry, it becomes silky and smooth again. If you don't have a dedicated hair essence or oil at home, you can even use a regular facial or body essence or oil—just apply a tiny bit to the ends while blow-drying and your hair will feel wonderfully soft. When you purchase shampoo from the official site (BeautifulSkin), you can also try their soap as a sample. Both the shampoo and soap come with three sample products when you buy them. My scalp has become more sensitive lately, so even products I used before don't always work well for me anymore. That's why I remembered this one I used to love and decided to give it another try. I'm really happy with how gentle it is, and I haven't experienced any irritation or problems since switching back to it. The price is definitely a concern. And while results vary from person to person, in my case I have longer hair, so one or two pumps don't give me enough lather. I have oily and sensitive scalp. When I first started using this, my sensitive scalp felt so calm and soothed—I absolutely loved it. The formula is gentle, so I felt confident using it. Plus, there's no fragrance, so there's no unpleasant smell to worry about. Since my scalp is oily, it seemed to help at first and felt good, but after a few days, this just doesn't control the oil buildup. The cleansing power is weak, and it doesn't leave my scalp feeling fresh and clean. In fact, my scalp became irritated, I got scalp bumps, and it got itchy. If you have oily scalp, please don't use this. My hair became incredibly stiff and rigid. I'm usually someone who doesn't notice these things, but this is seriously no joke. My hair sheds so much, and without a treatment, my hair becomes a complete mess. After using this, my hair fell out a lot and the weak cleansing couldn't control the oil on my oily scalp, so I got breakouts. But as soon as I switched to a different shampoo, everything got better. Even washing my hair twice with this doesn't help. The price is also expensive for the amount you get. I can't speak for others with different scalp types, but for oily scalp, I really don't recommend this.
