This is the most hydrating cleanser I've ever tried. The scent is lovely. I was worried because it contains two ingredients that aren't ideal for oily skin, but I haven't experienced any breakouts. I'm seeing real brightening results. After using retinol, I apply sunscreen and then use this to cleanse. Once I've washed everything off, my face looks so luminous that I wondered if the white cast hadn't fully rinsed away. When I follow up with a brightening treatment, my skin tone stays noticeably brighter for about two to three days. On its own, the brightening effect is subtle, but when combined with other products like retinol, there's a real synergistic boost. The soap bar comes in a brick size, so the site cuts it into pieces for you. Since it was my first time, I ordered four pieces, but four pieces are honestly too small for regular home use. I'd recommend four pieces for travel, but two or three pieces are plenty for everyday use at home. How to use this product to remove mineral sunscreen: (If you're like me and cleansing oils don't work for you, and you've given up on mineral sunscreen, definitely try this) You'll need a natural cleansing sponge from the same brand. First, dampen your face with water and apply the soap. Enjoy the rose scent while you wait one to two minutes. The scent is lovely, and it keeps my skin beautifully hydrated. I've been using the Beautiful Skin sponge and soap for five years now, and I'm absolutely thrilled with them. I'm often disappointed when the other solid soaps sell out so quickly. I guess they're just really popular! I wish you'd bring in more variety of soap products so I'd have a wider selection to choose from. I cut the soap in half with a knife before using it, and I love how it works. Unlike other brand soaps, my skin feels beautifully hydrated even after cleansing, and the scent is wonderful! It cleanses effectively without that tight, uncomfortable feeling, so I keep reordering it. I haven't experienced any breakouts either. My husband and I use it together, and it works great for both dry and oily skin types. I wish I could take it with me when I travel, but it's not very portable, which is my only disappointment. Since I've never had any skin issues with it, that's really the only downside. When I order soap, I always ask them to cut it into three pieces for me. I've been using this product for over 10 years since my twenties, and even during the dry autumn and winter months, I don't experience any tightness after cleansing or showering. Since I have naturally sensitive, reactive skin, my complexion changes dramatically depending on which cleansing products and skincare items I use. I've tried dozens of different products over the years, but nothing compares to this soap. Beyond just the soap itself, I find that the Beautiful Skin body oil, shampoo, conditioner, and even the facial sponge all work wonderfully for my skin. I'll definitely continue loving and using these products. The only real downside is the price, honestly. When I was younger, I could afford to use the entire product line without worrying about the cost, but now that I'm sharing these products with my family, we go through them so quickly. I'd absolutely love it if you offered sales or discounts twice a year instead of just once. Also, the shampoo and conditioner bottles are quite small, which means I'm constantly generating plastic waste, and it really bothers me. Would it be possible to create larger sizes? I received this as a sample and tried the cleansing bar for the first time—I'm really impressed! I have sensitive, oily skin, but it doesn't irritate me at all. When I use it with a facial sponge, it creates a lovely lather and smells amazing. Even though my skin is oily, some cleansers leave my face feeling super tight after washing, but this one doesn't do that at all! I've been using the Beautiful Skin Cleansing Bar for five years now. It's absolutely perfect for my sensitive skin, and I couldn't be happier with it.
