Skin Type: Prone to milia with dehydrated, combination skin My skin tends to develop milia easily whenever it gets even slightly dry, or if I skip proper exfoliation. I struggle with maintaining the right oil-water balance, so I'm particular about using products with niacinamide to keep everything in check. I was already loving the Pink Guava Serum from the same line, so I decided to try their toner as well. Texture & Feel: The formula is a classic hydrating toner—not too heavy, not too light, though I'd say it leans toward the lighter side. It has a fluid consistency that flows smoothly, so it absorbs into the skin quickly when applied. Once it sets, the 5% niacinamide content gives that signature silky-smooth feeling, but what I really appreciate is that it feels hydrating at the same time. During fall and winter, I follow it up with a hydrating essence and a nourishing cream, and that's when the oil-water balance feels absolutely perfect. Results: Beyond niacinamide, this toner contains several antioxidants and brightening ingredients, so it definitely helps with milia and dark spots. For my combination skin, I use the higher-concentration niacinamide essence from the same line during summer, and switch to this toner followed by a hydrating essence in fall and winter. If you want to use both, just make sure you're giving your skin enough moisture and hydration. The only minor note is that due to the nature of niacinamide, those with very dry skin might find this a bit drying. If you do want to use it, please make sure to follow up with a hydrating essence and a rich, moisturizing cream as I mentioned earlier.
