Shake well before each use, and I absolutely love it! My eyes don't feel irritated at all, and the color washes off beautifully. The mascara takes a bit more effort to remove, but I'm really happy with how gentle it is on my skin. Since it's formulated to be mild, I don't expect dramatic results. What I appreciate most is that it doesn't irritate my face or eyes, and that's exactly why I've stuck with this product.

Even though my skin is extremely sensitive, I use this constantly and it never irritates my eyes or causes any stinging or discomfort, even if it gets in my eyes. Most makeup removes easily, but the waterproof mascara doesn't come off as well. If I leave it on for a while, it does soften a bit, and then I have to gently peel it away to remove it. I'm not sure if it's because I only use this with a cleansing foam, but honestly, it's such a great value product considering how gentle it is and how well it actually removes makeup. I'd rather buy this than spend more on a makeup remover that stings my eyes but removes everything perfectly. Before using, shake the bottle gently to mix the contents, then dampen a cotton pad with an appropriate amount and apply. Don't rub the cotton pad too hard against your skin as it can cause irritation. I've been using this lip and eye remover for almost 10 years now, and it's the only one I reach for. It's just amazing. Seriously amazing. It removes makeup so gently without irritating my skin, doesn't sting my eyes at all, and the value for money is incredible. I trust Bifesta's entire cleansing line because everything they make is solid. Honestly, it's the best. There's nothing bad about it. Really, nothing at all. No matter how hard I try to think of a downside, there just isn't one. I personally love soaking a cotton pad with this product, placing it over my eyes for about 30 seconds, and letting it work its magic. If you don't like the product dripping, just use a regular cotton pad instead.

While Pond's feels oily, Bifesta has this wonderfully lightweight, water-like texture that feels so refreshing. The cleansing power is noticeably better too. But honestly, the best part? Zero irritation to my eyes. No stinging, no burning sensation at all, and it's actually gentler than most toners I've tried. I'd been loyal to Pond's for ages, but I started noticing it wasn't cleaning as effectively as before. I searched everywhere for a replacement, and Bifesta was the answer. I switched over immediately and haven't looked back! It's a bit pricier than Pond's, but if I had to choose between the two, I'd definitely go with Bifesta.
