When you buy and use cosmetics, there's usually at least one thing you like about them. But this product just doesn't work for my extremely dry skin, and since it doesn't match my personal preferences either, I haven't found anything particularly great about it—whether I look at other people's reviews or my own experience. The product's original name is Gentle Cleansing Milk, but the Korean label says Gentle Milk Emulsion instead. Something about the name feels off from the start, and since I heard it's used for cleansing in Europe, using it as an emulsion feels uncomfortable. The fragrance smells like old-fashioned laundry soap, which is pretty strong and irritating. The ingredient list isn't impressive either, and it doesn't seem to contain any particularly beneficial components for skin, so I have no interest in repurchasing. I'm actually surprised this product is marketed for mothers and babies. Since I've already opened and used it, I can't return it anyway, so I'll just keep using it. I found this product being sold at the postpartum care center, and all the babies there were using it. I loved the unique scent, so I decided to purchase it from the center. The pump dispenser has a lock feature, and I really appreciate that it comes in a generous size. I'm so frustrated right now. The product was introduced to me by a sales representative at the postpartum care center as a body emulsion, and it was what all the babies there were applying generously to their skin. My baby was born in mid-October and faced the winter season, and the hospital staff even complimented how naturally beautiful my baby's skin was. But then, months after using this product, something unimaginable happened. Looking at other reviews, people mention poor absorption and having to use oil alongside it, which are all methods I've already tried. Turns out this isn't actually a body emulsion at all, but rather a cleansing wash that's even used as a cleanser in its country of origin. So when I apply it, it sits on the skin in white, floating patches that don't absorb and just sit on the surface. Once the white residue disappears, my baby's skin becomes extremely dry. I was the one who made the mistake, really. I didn't research it properly and just assumed it must be good because it was being sold at the postpartum care center. I thought the higher price point meant it had to be quality. And to make matters worse, I was using a cleansing milk from the same brand along with their cream and oil, which was completely wrong. I'm losing my mind over this. My child ended up developing seborrheic dermatitis, and the doctor said consistent care is necessary to prevent it from turning into eczema. I'm devastated. I feel like I've damaged my own child's skin with this product. I'm absolutely furious, and I want to confront the seller about this. I took a screenshot of the product listing that's currently being sold. It says the product can be used as both an emulsion and a cleansing milk, but I'm confused. Does it mean I should use both together, or does it have dual functions? Either way, the tips section only has information about the emulsion benefits with no guidance on how to use it as a cleanser. I picked this up through a buying service at a great price, and honestly, it's just okay. It's more of a lightweight emulsion that goes on easily, but don't expect much hydration from it. I personally love the slightly bitter, sophisticated scent and the generous size of this product It's labeled as a cleanser, but it's being sold as an emulsion. I tried it myself and it feels so refreshing! The scent isn't really my thing, but honestly it's fine once it sets in. The fragrance does tend to linger for a while though. When I applied it to my baby, their skin turned red and became irritated, so I don't think my baby will be able to use this product.

It's been perfect for us from newborn all the way through age four. The texture feels quite light. During the harsh winter months, I found that this alone didn't provide enough hydration, so I paired it with other products. On the flip side, it works wonderfully in summer without any sticky residue. The price is really affordable, and I love that you get a generous amount of product. The scent is lovely, and it doesn't feel sticky at all. Plus, the moisturizing power is fantastic! I really appreciated the generous size - it lasts so long and gives great value for money. Honestly, that's really the only highlight for me. I love that this comes in a generous size without breaking the bank. The scent is subtle and pleasant, and it applies so smoothly on the skin. After applying this on my baby's skin, they developed a severe rash all over their body. I really can't recommend this product.
