It has a gel-like texture that feels weightless when you apply it. The formula is so fresh and lightweight that I use it year-round, whether it's summer or winter. It's a bit on the oily side, which is frustrating. You definitely need to use a mattifying product or powder to control the shine. I bought this in a larger size to use on my body. I really love how lightweight it is with minimal oil content, so it absorbs quickly and feels fresh on the skin. I've been searching for a sunscreen that applies smoothly to the back of my hands, neck, arms, and legs without leaving any white cast and dries down quickly. I found that only this sunscreen and Senka deliver that perfect, invisible finish with zero transfer onto clothing. Senka doesn't come in a larger size, but this sunscreen has a generous 155ml bottle, so I'm really happy using it regularly. Since this is a Japanese product, it's honestly hard to find a good alternative. I had to order it through an international retailer. I wish there was more detailed ingredient information available, but since I couldn't find comprehensive details, I checked the product through a cosmetics verification site.

Biore offers two versions of their sunscreen, and I think this gel version is superior because it combines both mineral and chemical UV filters. While gel formulas typically offer less hydration than creams, this one doesn't skimp on moisture. It's also fantastic for oily skin types since it has minimal oil content. Plus, there's virtually no white cast—just a few taps with your fingers and it blends away completely! My only real complaint is that this gel version is harder to find compared to the regular Biore sunscreen. I wish it was more widely available in stores so more people could easily get their hands on it.
