Love the packaging I grabbed this product without hesitation since it's so incredibly popular, but honestly, it arrived much smaller than I expected. The pouch that came with it is also pretty tiny—it barely fits a single eyeshadow! Color payoff and texture Despite its compact size, the color payoff is really impressive. There's a bit of fallout, but a gentle tap with your finger or a light brush stroke gives you beautiful, natural color on your lids. The sakura plum tone is absolutely gorgeous—just one swipe adds a subtle pop to your eyes, and when you blend multiple shades together, you get such a rich, dimensional look. Staying power The main downside is that the wear time is a bit shorter than I'd like. I'm absolutely loving this product! When I'm doing my under-eye makeup, this one does the trick perfectly. It's so convenient and I'm really happy with it. The shimmer isn't overdone either—it's subtle and elegant, which I really appreciate. There's nothing I really disliked about it, but there is a bit of powder fallout, which is a minor issue. The color payoff is absolutely gorgeous, and it's such a versatile shade that works perfectly for everyday wear. I'm really happy with it! The only downside I noticed is that the shimmer fades pretty quickly, but honestly that's my only complaint.

The shimmer sits so beautifully on the under-eye area! It barely takes up any space in my makeup bag, and the pearl is absolutely gorgeous when I apply it to my eyelids. The left shimmer has such a different feel compared to the shimmers we typically get here—I can totally see why people seek out Japanese shimmer products! When I layer this shade lightly over a matte blush, my skin looks absolutely flawless. The shade works wonderfully as a multi-use product too, whether I'm using it for contouring the hollows of my cheeks or adding dimension to my eyelids. This palette is a total game-changer for travel or overnight trips—it cuts down my makeup bag size significantly! There's really nothing I dislike about it! The only thing is that the included brush has a fairly wide bristle head, which makes it a bit tricky to apply shimmer precisely to the under-eye area—it's a little awkward for that delicate work. It's seriously tiny - about the size of half your palm! I love how portable it is. The color payoff is actually pretty impressive too. Everyone kept raving about this product, so I decided to give it a try... but honestly, I was let down. The color doesn't show up as well as I hoped, and it doesn't last long either. Here's how I apply it to my under-eye area for that youthful glow: 1. First, I sweep the lightest matte shadow across my entire under-eye area as a base 2. Then I pick up the darkest shade with an angled brush and create a subtle shadow effect, blending it out gently 3. Finally, I dab the shimmer shadow (adjusting the amount depending on how bold I want my makeup) onto the raised part of my under-eye using a sponge tip You can also use that shimmer shade to highlight your inner corner for extra dimension. At first, I thought the shadow shade looked a bit too warm-toned, but since it's around the eye area, it actually blends in beautifully and looks really natural. The only downside is availability... wait, actually you can get it in Korea, and I think it would sell really well there. Because this palette is so incredibly compact and portable, you can easily toss it in your bag. That means you can use it on the go as a quick highlighter or eyeshadow touch-up whenever you need it.
