My original product was discontinued, so I decided to try another product from the same brand. It works just fine and I'm happy with it. Whether it's due to the seasonal changes or my naturally dry skin, I haven't noticed a dramatic improvement in reducing flaking or calming breakouts. Even the morning tightness isn't extreme, so I've been using this for both my morning and evening cleanse. I really appreciate that it doesn't leave my skin feeling overly tight or pulled. Instead, it gives that refreshing, clean finish that I'm looking for. 3. Cleansing Power I always do a first cleanse with a cleansing water, so I can't speak to makeup removal specifically. But with consistent use, this does a great job controlling excess oil and dead skin buildup! Before using this, on days when I'd skip the morning wash and just rinse with water, my face would get incredibly shiny by afternoon. Now that I'm using this regularly, my skin stays much more balanced throughout the day. Honestly, I was skeptical about skincare products actually helping with breakouts, but I've definitely noticed fewer blemishes since using this.
