The color payoff is fantastic and the pigmentation is so rich and defined that it really makes your eyes pop and gives you a more striking look. The main downside is that it washes away pretty easily with water, so I find myself needing to touch up my makeup throughout the day. The shimmer particles are on the smaller side, which I actually appreciate, but if you're someone who loves bold, chunky glitter effects, this might not be quite what you're looking for. I apply the matte shadows with my fingers for a softer blend, and I use a brush for the shimmery shades. After picking up product on the brush, I like to tap it onto a tissue or paper towel to control how much I'm using before applying it to my eyes. This really helps me get the perfect amount of color and prevents it from being too heavy.
