I love how simple it is to use. There's no complicated routine—just apply it to your face, wait 10 minutes, and you'll have beautifully smooth skin. For an exfoliating product, it's surprisingly gentle and doesn't irritate my skin. Plus, I don't experience any dryness afterward. The amount of product you get doesn't quite match the price. Otherwise, I don't really have any complaints.

After using it several times, I've noticed a real difference—my complexion looks brighter and more radiant, and my skin texture feels noticeably smoother. I love it! The formula is excellent, and my sensitive skin hasn't reacted negatively at all. Honestly, it works so much better than those rolling massage tools, especially for sensitive skin like mine! I'm using it about once a week. The packaging tends to get creased and scratched pretty easily, which is frustrating for me. It feels amazing when you apply it - so smooth and gentle with zero irritation. The exfoliation isn't too intense either, which I love. Just rinse it off and you're done - super convenient! It comes in a special tube to maintain quality, but you have to squeeze it like toothpaste. So they basically just redesigned the packaging? I'm shocked at how many sensitizing ingredients are packed into this formula.
