Such a bummer! Anyway, once I hit my 30s, those vertical pores became such a problem. Even slathering on hydrating cream didn't help, so I finally decided to try an eye cream. I went to Olive Young and skipped anything too sticky. I fell in love with Centella 24 Wrinkle Cell - it's made by Dongkuk Pharmaceutical, which I trust. It's not greasy at all and applies beautifully, so I figured worst case, I'd just use it on my hands. But honestly? It really does tighten those vertical pores. Don't get me wrong - your pores won't actually become smaller or closer together - but it firms up your skin so much that those stretched-out vertical lines look shorter and tighter. My skin is combination, and I don't get breakouts from it. The absorption is fantastic. Both the serum and eye cream are great, but I have to say the serum gets more love from me because it absorbs so well. Definitely a solid purchase! The price is a bit steep, I'll admit. But you know there's some serious technology packed in here, right? I smooth it all over - forehead, between the brows, those laugh lines, the eye area - everywhere! It feels so incredibly soft and smooth.
