It keeps my skin feeling hydrated and moisturized, and it's honestly become such a go-to product for me. I've been rotating it with the birch version, and I love having both options. I don't notice any downsides really. Since I'm not experiencing any negative effects, it seems like this product is a great match for my skin type.
