- I've tested over 10 foundations from Estée Lauder, YSL, Lancôme, and other luxury brands, but this is the first powder foundation I've bought twice. - My skin feels comfortable and has a slightly hydrated feel underneath. It's not exactly matte, but it's not dewy either. The surface has a semi-matte appearance. - When applied at shade 22, it gives a subtle luminous glow. - I wouldn't recommend this for anyone who needs serious coverage. When I apply it with a spatula, the thin layer gets even thinner, and my skin shows through. - If you need more coverage, I'd suggest mixing it with Chanel Ultra Le Teint for better results. - The cap is a bit tricky to open, but once you pop it off, you can scrape out every last bit with a small spoon-like tool. This foundation is incredibly sheer, so I'd recommend it for people with naturally clear, flawless skin. It has minimal coverage, and even though I'm using shade 22-23, it doesn't give that super bright finish you'd get from other brands' shade 21. Because it's so lightweight, your natural skin tone really shows through. If you have visible blemishes or enlarged pores like me, I wouldn't recommend this. Plus, your skin doesn't feel suffocated or weighed down after application. The price is the only letdown for me. I've been using it for about three weeks now, and I haven't experienced any breakouts or issues with application. I wish it had a bit more coverage, but then it would probably feel too thick. The ivory tone is absolutely gorgeous, and as a fair complexion person, this bright shade really makes my skin glow No darkening occurred and the staying power was excellent
