Wow, the formula is absolutely gorgeous! It's this beautiful beige pink opal pearl shade, and it adheres to the skin so seamlessly. It feels like the most delicate, feather-light highlighter ever! The glow is fantastic, and honestly, I wish it had a bit more brightening power too, but it doesn't quite deliver on that front. This is hands down the thinnest, most perfectly blended highlighter I own! As for whether it does its job as a base product, I'm honestly not sure about that. It's really only worth it if you're someone who wears sunscreen regularly. It has that water-based formula as standard. Once you apply it, the coverage is incredibly sheer and weightless. The luminosity is absolutely stunning!
hy*******Da khôĐược đề xuất14/12/2020 (UTC+0)This is the best brightening essence I've tried compared to my previous go-to products like SK2, Kiehl's, and Chanel. After applying toner, it feels silky smooth but absorbs incredibly fast into the skin. When I mix a few drops with other products like creams or foundation, it gives everything a luminous, radiant glow. I highly recommend this brightening essence if you want to see results quickly. Most of Chantecaille's dropper bottles have this issue, but because the essence has such a thick, sticky texture, it tends to cling to the dropper and drip down the bottle opening, making a mess. Chantecaille really needs to improve the cap design on their dropper products.
e1***Da hỗn hợpDa dị ứngĐược đề xuất19/10/2020 (UTC+0)I picked up this product when it launched this summer, and I've been meaning to write a review, but here we are in October already! I've known about Chantecaille since 2012, and while their price point is definitely an investment, I started with just their oils and rose water gold line. But earlier this year, I switched almost my entire skincare and makeup routine to Chantecaille. Their Elixir is supposed to contain stem cells, gold, and pearls, and honestly, the moment I apply it, I can feel this delicate shimmer and luminosity on my skin. After using it consistently, my skin texture has become noticeably brighter. Back in my twenties, people used to compliment my skin, but these days, literally everyone who sees me asks what I'm using. The main thing about Chantecaille is the price tag. Aside from limited availability at certain stores, everything else is great. But now that they've even dropped their concept of not using famous models, the price might go up even more. It's a bit disappointing. I mix the rose oil, elixir, and gold mask together for my nighttime skincare routine, and when I wake up the next morning, my skin looks like it just came from a professional treatment, with this gorgeous glow radiating from my skin texture.
