The lightweight formula glides on smoothly without feeling heavy, absorbs quickly into the skin, and leaves my complexion feeling beautifully hydrated and refreshed. I thought Chamsajon didn't have much to recommend to combination skin lately, but when I saw the description at launch, I felt this product would be really soothing for combination skin. I've been using it for about three months now. The mineral feel that Chamsajon is known for is barely noticeable. The texture is quite lightweight. To be honest, I'm not sure about the calming effect, but since my skin gets overwhelmed by heat and excess oil in summer, I think this lightweight feel does the job in this heat. Of course, my skin does have various breakouts, but I have to blame my own skin for that, and more importantly, it happened after I switched my suncare and cleansing products, so I should blame those instead. This product is innocent. It's not incredibly refreshing or crisp, but if you're looking for a product that provides some hydration while keeping a lightweight feel during summer, I'd recommend it. If you have dry skin, using it only in summer will give you better satisfaction. The packaging is problematic. Since it's a dropper bottle, it's not easy to control the amount, and there are some hygiene concerns. For dry or combination skin types, even if you apply it generously, it doesn't feel heavy, so you'll go through it quickly. My skin is dry, but this product really hydrated it beautifully and I'm so happy with it. It's gentle and my skin feels comfortable wearing it. Plus, I noticed a real difference in how much calmer and less red my complexion looks! The only thing is, whenever I used this product, I kept getting little bumps popping up, so I had to stop using it. I didn't have high expectations, but I'm absolutely loving this line! Even when my skin is irritated and sensitive, it doesn't sting or feel harsh at all. It's perfect for summer too—no sticky residue, yet it delivers amazing hydration. I'm genuinely impressed! My first impression wasn't great. There's nothing particularly distinctive about it, and while it's fragrance-free, that unscented quality has a subtle grassy note that's a bit odd. My skin barrier was completely compromised, so even gentle products would cause reactions. My esthetician struggled to find anything I could tolerate, but this product has been a game-changer. It's incredibly gentle and has truly restored my skin. The only minor drawback is that the container isn't transparent, so I can't easily see how much product is left inside. I'd recommend applying it in multiple thin layers rather than using a large amount all at once.
