When you roll it across your face during cleansing, you get this really refreshing sensation. It does a fantastic job of clearing out your pores too. I don't have any complaints about it. It's pretty decent! The gel texture is super smooth and glides on nicely. The only downside I noticed is that it feels slightly warm when I apply it.

But with this product, my skin actually feels hydrated while the dead skin gently lifts away - I'm absolutely loving it! It feels like the product is just tidying up the loose flakes rather than stripping away layers of skin. And it's not just surface-level cleansing either - I've noticed my blackheads have cleared up noticeably compared to before, which is fantastic! The granules don't feel harsh or scratchy at all, so I can gently massage it on and everything feels smooth and refined. After cleansing, my skin feels so soft and plump, with moisture locked in deep down! I've been using this for about a month now and honestly, I can't really find any downsides. If I really had to nitpick, I guess the cleansing power could be stronger? But since it's a gel pack, I'm not sure if heavy-duty makeup removal is even necessary for this type of product. So yeah, that's really the only thing I could mention! I'm honestly surprised by all the negative reviews because this product works pretty well for me! Sure, it doesn't completely eliminate blackheads on my nose, but it does a fantastic job removing dead skin and flakiness on the surface. My skin is super sensitive, and when I gently massage it on, my complexion feels incredibly smooth and soft after cleansing. I have sensitive, combination skin, and it's been surprisingly gentle. The downside is that it really doesn't do much for blackhead removal, which is disappointing. However, I've noticed that when I use this first and then follow up with a pore strip after cleansing, the blackheads come out much more easily. I've found that using this as a first step and then applying a pore strip works really well for me. The scent is really nice, and the exfoliating particles are super fine. I wish I didn't have breakouts because this would be perfect otherwise I bought this to exfoliate, but my dermatologist told me that even though the scrub particles are gentle and small, people like me with acne-prone skin shouldn't use physical exfoliants at all. I used it and my skin felt incredibly smooth after just one day! It's like applying a soft-focus filter to your complexion, giving that silky, touchable feeling...? You really have to try it to understand what I mean. The rough texture and excess oil buildup on my T-zone completely disappeared too! The results aren't instant, so consistent use seems to be key for best results. It contains silicone particles, so there's a slight silicone scent, and rolling it on felt a bit uncomfortable because of the particles. Rather than deeply extracting oil from the roots, it feels more like it's dissolving the oil sitting on the surface. 1-Apply the product evenly to the areas you want to treat and wait for about 1 minute. 2-After 1 minute, gently roll it across your skin without pressing hard until white residue appears (the white color forms as oil, whiteheads, and other impurities dissolve and react with the product). 3-Rinse gently with lukewarm water. 4-Follow up with a soothing treatment and hydrating cream. I appreciate the fresh, citrusy scent, but honestly, that's about where the positives end for me. My face became even redder. The moment I applied it, it stung quite a bit, and after washing it off, my skin felt rough and irritated.
