I was pleasantly surprised by the subtle yuzu scent right from the start! Since I have eyebrow tattooing, I needed to keep water away from that area, so I switched to this milk cleanser instead of the foaming formula because the bubbles were getting everywhere. The milk worked beautifully, especially around my brows and nose where I couldn't get a thorough cleanse before. I gently massaged those textured areas with the milk and rinsed with water, and all that roughness completely disappeared! I was really gentle with my forehead and lower face too, and I was thrilled how cleanly it removed all the oil buildup. Normally I just wear sunscreen without makeup, but I found that white cast sunscreen really does need a first cleanse like this milk provides. I'm so grateful it removes it so effectively. The size is a bit small, but honestly that's my only complaint because I'm genuinely satisfied with this product. I also love the other cleansing milk, but this one has such a better scent that I find myself reaching for it more often. It feels so gentle and wipes away beautifully without any hassle. I absolutely love the scent too! I did notice a bit of stinging around my eyes, so I'm careful to keep it away from that area when I cleanse. I've been using this for about two weeks as my sole cleanser, and I'm really impressed. It removes oil thoroughly and leaves my face looking brighter and more radiant. The formula has a rich, luxurious emulsion feel, and once I emulsify it with water, all that excess greasiness just disappears. The formula is quite thick, so pumping can be a bit challenging. Because it's thick, I apply a generous amount to my face and emulsify it about three times to completely eliminate excess oil. I have dry skin and I absolutely love how gentle this cleanser is without any irritation. The finish feels so clean and refined! The amount might look small, but it lasts surprisingly long. This cleanser is incredibly gentle with zero irritation. I'll admit the cleansing power feels a bit light, so I do double cleanse sometimes, but the results speak for themselves. My skin visibly improves when I use it, and with consistent use, the effects are genuinely impressive. Sure, it cleanses well enough, but since it's a milk formula, I worry it might not remove everything thoroughly. Cleansing oil seems to irritate my sensitive skin, but the milk cleanser is so gentle and doesn't cause any irritation at all. When I use the roller directly on bare skin, it feels really dry and tight. That's why I use it together with a facial steamer that releases hot water mist - one of my favorite beauty tools. It keeps my skin from feeling parched, and I love how much better it works that way.
