This formula flows like water, but after using the booster once, apply the finishing ampoule and gently pat until you feel a tacky sensation. When you press your palm against your face and lift it away, if there's a sticky feeling, it means the booster ampoule and finishing ampoule have been properly absorbed and your skin is perfectly prepared to drink in all that hydration. Since the finishing ampoule has such a fluid texture, it gets used up way too quickly and I'm always running out. I really hope they sell it separately. I used the kit following all 3 steps, and this ampoule is the second step. It has a lightweight, fluid texture that flows smoothly like water.
