The gentle cleansing power makes it perfect for morning cleansing routines. That said, it won't remove heavy makeup completely. After cleansing, my skin feels comfortable with no tightness at all. The formula is so soft and gentle that when I use it with a cotton pad, it works just like a cleansing pad. I've even used it after laser treatments at the dermatologist, and it never irritates or stings my skin. I'm also really glad this product is fragrance-free. It doesn't strip my skin of moisture, which I love. You have to scoop out the product each time, which is inconvenient. The pump container's lid is weak when traveling, so it tends to leak. My esthetician recommended switching my entire skincare routine to Cibasan products, from cleansing to makeup. I really appreciate how gentle they feel on my skin. Since I have oily, acne-prone skin, I used their products during treatments, but honestly, the results didn't match the premium price tag. Everyone else seems to have seen dramatic improvements, but I haven't experienced the same transformation. It's best to wash your hands first before use, then apply the product once your hands have cooled down a bit.
