I've been taking these consistently because I occasionally experience eye twitching, and they've really helped. I usually dislike supplements because they make me feel bloated, but these are totally fine. This multi-functional vitamin formula uses plant-based seaweed calcium with a 2:1 ratio of calcium to magnesium, includes vitamin D3, shark cartilage calcium, and a vegetable blend powder. Well, if I'm being honest, I usually prefer capsule-type supplements, but these come as tablets, which isn't ideal. Highly recommended for women going through menopause whose bones are becoming more fragile. Perfect for busy people who aren't getting enough nutrients in their diet. I've been taking this regularly because I have weak teeth. Since it's not something visible on the surface, I can't really see the results yet, but I'm committed to keeping it up consistently. The capsules are really large... and since you need to take two a day, it can be tough to swallow. If you have trouble with big pills, you might want to think twice about this one!

I started taking this because I was experiencing some eye twitching, and I can definitely feel it making a difference The flavor and scent are totally fine when I take it, but having to take two capsules at a time is a bit of a hassle

I really appreciate that it includes zinc, which is essential for maintaining basic immune health. Just make sure to check for duplicate ingredients if you're taking multiple supplements. The tablet size is quite large, so I personally need a lot of water to take it. The flavor is also a bit strong, so I'd recommend this to people who are generally comfortable swallowing pills. I recommend taking this after meals.

I picked this up while searching for calcium supplements, and Chong Kun Dang is such a trusted brand! Since it doesn't come in individual packets, I'm always worried about the product deteriorating every time I open the lid.
