Checked Taste - The liquid supplement has that syrupy, medicinal flavor you'd expect from children's vitamins, but it's not unpleasant or overwhelming, so it goes down smoothly. The tablets are also a nice size, not too large, which makes them easy to take. Checked Price - I used to order this brand directly from overseas before, and while it's convenient not having to do that anymore, those products were pricey. This option offers much better value for your money. Plus, Chong Kun Dang Health is a trusted brand, so it's an excellent choice for gift-giving. On exhausting days, it does seem to give me a bit of an energy boost to push through. However, I made the mistake of taking it on an empty stomach when I wasn't feeling well, and it made me feel queasy and really upset my stomach. Since then, I always make sure to eat something first before taking it.
