I've been taking this consistently because it's such an easy way to support my immune system and keep my mouth healthy with just one tablet a day. During seasonal transitions, my allergies used to be really bothersome, but I've noticed less congestion and my eyes aren't as itchy anymore. It seems to really support my immune system! After swallowing it, there's a distinctive aftertaste that comes back up. I really appreciated that each one comes individually wrapped, and since there's barely any smell, these capsules are super easy to take. I didn't experience any downsides. I'm not sure if it's because of this product, but I did notice my sinus inflammation symptoms improved a bit.

My whole family enjoys taking it together! They say it's also good for nasal allergies too. Honestly, you won't experience some dramatic "wow, I feel amazing" moment right after taking propolis. Instead, you should think of it as a long-term investment in your health and check if your immune system has improved over time. What smell? Honestly, I don't mind it at all. It's not that strong anyway. I bought this because I heard it was good for nasal congestion. For the price, the ingredient list is actually pretty solid. The smell is really overwhelming for me.
