• Easy to take on the go with its compact size! • Simply take one tablet once daily with water! • I've been using it for a year now (about 1 year and 4 months) and always keep it in my bag to take after lunch! No side effects whatsoever. Taking it is completely hassle-free. I'm normally someone who struggles to take supplements, but this vitamin is so easy to use. I recommend taking it after meals. It's been a lifelong challenge since childhood, so I've found that incompatible ingredients far outnumber the ones that work for me. 1. I've been taking Vitamin C megadose therapy for about 5 years now. I take 120,000mg daily, which is 12 tablets. I started with the most well-known brand, Koreaeundan, but switched to Yuhan-Kimberly after a pharmacist's recommendation since it's only available at pharmacies. Then someone suggested Chong Kun Dang for its great value, so I tried that too. Nowadays, I rotate between these three brands. Today, I want to share my thoughts on Chong Kun Dang's Vitamin C product. 2. I usually buy the 600-tablet bottle online for under 30,000 won. Compared to Koreaeundan or Yuhan-Kimberly, this brand offers the best value for money, which is probably why so many people choose it. 3. At first, I thought the value was amazing, but when I received the product, I was a bit disappointed. As you can see in the photos, the tablets are quite small. They're noticeably smaller than Koreaeundan and Yuhan-Kimberly tablets. Both Koreaeundan and Yuhan-Kimberly tablets are the same size, though I couldn't photograph the Yuhan-Kimberly one since I've used it up. 4. The tablet in the photo is compared to Koreaeundan's Vitamin C, and there's definitely a size difference. 5. When I take supplements and health products, my body reacts very sensitively, and I can tell right away how I'm feeling. Honestly, among standard Vitamin C products, Yuhan-Kimberly from the pharmacy works best for me, followed by Koreaeundan, and then Chong Kun Dang. 6. I take Chong Kun Dang mainly because of its great value, but in terms of actual results, my immunity and skin condition are significantly better when I take Yuhan-Kimberly or Koreaeundan compared to Chong Kun Dang alone. That's why I prefer mixing Chong Kun Dang with Yuhan-Kimberly. Koreaeundan is the most expensive, by the way. 7. So when my immunity drops significantly, I just take Yuhan-Kimberly. Normally, I mix Chong Kun Dang with Yuhan-Kimberly. I often receive Koreaeundan as gifts, so I have plenty at home. This time, I'm taking it alongside Chong Kun Dang. 8. If possible, go to a pharmacy and get Yuhan-Kimberly Vitamin C. It's worth it. 9. And megadose therapy is great. Start with 600mg, and if you don't experience any side effects, gradually increase up to 1200mg. I had gastritis, so I started while eating cabbage. Your skin, joints, immunity, atopic dermatitis, and allergies will all improve, just like mine did. The value is good, but compared to Koreaeundan or Yuhan-Kimberly Vitamin C, the tablets are smaller and the effectiveness isn't as strong. However, for beginners starting megadose therapy, it could be a decent option. While the potency is somewhat lower, the affordable price makes it more accessible, which could be considered an advantage. When doing megadose therapy, gradually increase your intake up to the point where you don't experience any side effects. That's your optimal dose. I got this after my eye procedure and I'm really happy with it - the capsules go down so smoothly and easily! I'm not entirely sure yet. I'm hoping to see great results. This product is definitely worth the price and comes in a generous size, so I use it consistently. The high concentration really makes a difference - I've noticed my immune system feels stronger since I started taking it, and I seem to avoid catching colds and other bugs. I've been taking this regularly for a long time now, and honestly, I can't think of anything I'd change about it.

This vitamin offers excellent value for the price. The dosage is just right, and I typically take one tablet daily, though I'll take two when I'm feeling particularly exhausted or run down. The packaging is neat and tidy, and I love that each tablet is individually wrapped so I can easily carry them with me wherever I go. I purchased 200 tablets in early August and have been taking them consistently since then. Taking one tablet daily means they're lasting quite a while. Since they're derived from corn oil, I don't worry about the ingredient sourcing, and because they're water-soluble, my body absorbs only what it needs and naturally eliminates the rest, so I can take them with complete peace of mind. I'm usually very particular about checking supplement ingredients carefully, but for vitamin C, I didn't think it was necessary to spend extra on premium brands, so I chose Chong Kun Dang's vitamin C, which also happened to be the most affordable option. It's a product that sticks to the basics and I'm very satisfied with it. Since I've been taking it consistently, I've noticed I rarely get canker sores anymore, which is wonderful. I used to get them easily when I was tired, but now that they're not appearing, it seems like it's really helping with my energy recovery. When I took it on an empty stomach in the morning, the medicinal taste came up too strongly, so now I take it after eating.
