Since I started taking Vitamin D, I've definitely noticed a real improvement in how I feel. I used to struggle with constant fatigue and that sluggish, unmotivated feeling all the time. But now that I'm taking Vitamin D consistently, I can feel the energy coming back. I'm so much more active and vibrant throughout the day. Especially during winter when I'm not getting enough sunlight, I really felt that Vitamin D deficiency. After starting supplementation, my body feels so much lighter and I have this wonderful sense of vitality. My immune system feels stronger too, and I've noticed I'm catching colds way less often. That said, when I first started taking Vitamin D, I experienced some stomach discomfort. Taking it on an empty stomach was a bit rough. Once I switched to taking it with meals, things improved, but that initial inconvenience was frustrating. Plus, the pill size is pretty large, which made it difficult to swallow in one go. To keep up with taking it regularly, I need to have water on hand, which feels a bit cumbersome.
