I'm taking it consistently and I think you really need to use it regularly to see if it works for you I can't say I've noticed any special results, to be honest

No matter how much I slept, I was feeling so exhausted that I decided to give this a try. After taking it, I definitely noticed my fatigue levels dropped. I'd say it really works! The smell is a bit off-putting. Most of the time I can swallow it without thinking twice, but every now and then it hits me as particularly unpleasant. I love taking this together with magnesium and milk thistle!
