Perfect for a fresh, no-makeup look! Unlike traditional tone-up creams, this one delivers a genuine essence-type dewy glow. What I love most is how it melts into the skin and feels like it's truly sinking in. I thought since it's labeled as an essence, I could just apply it and go to bed, but it's really meant for daytime use as a base product. Of course, you still need to cleanse and wash your face properly afterward. Also, after a few hours, it does tend to get a bit oily. It gives you a natural brightening effect, and if you use it before makeup, your face looks noticeably more radiant and luminous.

Honestly, I thought this tone-up essence was meant to be applied before bed since that's when I'd use it every night. But it turns out that wasn't the case! When I first applied it, it turned white on my skin and I thought it was just absorbing in, but then I realized it has SPF protection built in. It definitely does have a tone-evening effect, but I have to say the coverage isn't strong enough to skip other products. My skin has been dealing with some redness lately, so I'm going to keep using this consistently and see if it helps improve things.
