Even in summer, I prefer to keep my base hydrated, so please keep that in mind. First, the undertone is yellow-based, but in reality, it leans slightly more orange than pure yellow. Because of this, I find it works better mixed with a brighter ivory-toned BB cream rather than used alone. Since the shade isn't particularly light, I'd recommend shade 68 Porcelain Rose over shade 61 Ivory for anyone starting from shade 21 and up. After testing in-store, I noticed that shade 61 has that orange-leaning yellow undertone, while shade 68 is closer to an ivory with pink undertones, making the 68 Porcelain Rose look much prettier and more radiant. As for coverage, this glow foundation lives up to its name with minimal coverage. However, the skin finish is absolutely beautiful. I think anyone who loves this type of lightweight, skin-like finish will definitely adore it. It's incredibly hydrating and blends so smoothly that you can literally rub it on with your fingers. Without needing any tools like a spatula, it applies thinly and feels natural without looking heavy or suffocating. Regarding longevity, honestly it doesn't last quite as long as matte foundations, but because it's so thin and dewy, it breaks down beautifully. Since I have dry skin, when I first applied it, it had a slightly semi-matte feel, but as time passed and my natural oils came through, my skin started to have that gorgeous luminous sheen that I actually ended up loving even more. Final thoughts: This is a hydrating, lightweight foundation that applies thinly and beautifully. Because of its affordable price point, it actually breaks down more beautifully than department store foundations, but the limited shade range might be disappointing for those with lighter skin tones or who prefer a brighter, more radiant look. I'd recommend mixing it with a BB cream rather than using it alone. With only three shade options available, this might be disappointing for those with lighter skin tones or who prefer a brighter, more radiant finish. Rather than using it on its own, I'd recommend mixing it with BB creams like Erborian, By Wishtrend, or Clio to get the best results.
