It applies smoothly right away, and it does a great job covering redness too. Plus, it smells amazing! But when I used this and looked in the mirror, I ended up crying. I really loved this! My breakouts didn't flare up, and it gave me that perfect matte finish I was looking for. I did notice some darkening happening. I have combination skin with a type 20-19 profile! My T-zone (nose and between my brows) tends to be oily, while my cheeks and forehead feel dry. When I first pumped it out, the texture seemed really thin, and I worried it wouldn't work for summer because of my oily T-zone. But once I applied it, I was surprised to find it was actually drier than expected. It worked fine on my T-zone, but my cheeks felt a bit parched, so I made sure to prep my skin properly with a good base routine, and it turned out to be totally wearable for summer. When I use it with a setting spray, even after being outside for 9-10 hours, it breaks down beautifully and still looks great! I've been using it for almost a month now, and it pairs perfectly with my setting spray. For the current weather, it's definitely a solid choice. If you don't prep your skin properly with a good base, the dry areas might get a bit patchy or flaky. Other than that, the coverage and adherence are both excellent. When I use it with a cooling hydrating pad, even if I rush through my base routine, it doesn't get patchy or slip around. Honestly, I've found that using lighter layers of base products one at a time works better than piling on too much product all at once!

During the summer when I'm dealing with sweat and excess oil, I apply it lightly and touch it up throughout the day. I'm so glad I decided to buy it! The only thing is that because it applies so sheer, it tends to fade pretty quickly. I used to be a huge fan of Clio cushion foundations, but I wanted to try their foundation formula, so I picked this up and tested it for three months. The coverage is about 3 out of 5 stars. Clio really nails everything else, but the coverage is just okay. That said, the adhesion and skin-like finish are absolutely fantastic. There's barely any breakdown throughout the day. The pink undertone is really prominent, which I absolutely loved, so I'd definitely recommend this to anyone with cool undertones. If I really had to nitpick this otherwise flawless Clio foundation, the only downside I can think of is that the coverage is a bit limited. I have some scarring on my skin, so I found that disappointing, but if you don't have texture issues like that, you'd probably be really happy with it. First off, the color is such a gorgeous pink-based shade! If you have a fair complexion, I think you'll absolutely love the color. I was worried because the formula is quite lightweight, but the adhesion is fantastic! I didn't experience any dryness either, which is great. Overall, I'm really satisfied with this product. Because it's so lightweight, the coverage isn't particularly impressive. If you're expecting full coverage, you might be disappointed. Other than that coverage issue, I don't really have any complaints.
