The color is absolutely stunning! It barely transfers at all, and the staying power is seriously impressive. When I was wearing masks constantly, I loved that there was no smudging or transfer, so I basically only used this product. Even now that I'm not wearing a mask as much, I still reach for it all the time because it works so well. I can't really think of any downsides, but if I had to pick one thing, I'd say that when my lips are feeling dry, applying it can make any flakiness a bit more noticeable.

It feels like a matte tinted lip balm. The color payoff is lighter than a traditional lipstick but more matte and intense than a color lip balm, so I used it more on days when I kept my makeup minimal. The application glides on smoothly, and I can apply it generously without worry. I'm almost finished with mine and wanted to share an update: the transparent matte tinted balm formula is so easy to use that there's real satisfaction in applying it freely. Even with heavy application, the color doesn't look too intense, which made me reach for it constantly. I wanted to repurchase, but it seems to be discontinued now, which is disappointing. For the price, it was such great value, and I really wish they'd bring back this type of lip formula. What's interesting is how it feels after application. It looks matte, but your lips actually stick together slightly with a tacky sensation. I didn't experience significant dryness while using it, probably because I was using a good lip balm alongside it. I didn't find the staying power to be exceptional. Even without eating, I needed to reapply after a few hours. When I do reapply, it layers over the stained color and makes the shade look much darker. If you have dry lips, this might not work for you. Since my lips tend to be dry, I apply a thin layer of lip balm first before using this. I noticed that when I used a really good lip balm underneath, I only needed to apply this before the first application, and after that, I didn't feel like I needed additional lip balm. The more I used it, the less dry my lips felt. One downside is that it's a bit fragile and broke when I dropped it, but I still got good use out of it. Use it together with a lip balm. This lip balm delivers a beautifully soft, sheer tint that's perfect for a natural look. The warm, earthy shade is absolutely ideal for fall and brings out those cozy seasonal vibes. It applies so smoothly and doesn't skip or patch, which I really love. I swatched it back and forth about four times for the photos, but the color isn't as intense as it looks in the picture. The shade comes across darker than it appears in photos, giving it more of an autumn vibe. First and foremost, the color is absolutely gorgeous. I don't usually go for brick-toned shades, but I'd never actually tried one before, so I decided to give it a shot. I'm so pleasantly surprised because the color is incredibly sophisticated and refined. It's a matte lipstick, but it doesn't feel dry when I apply it at all. Whether it's the color itself or just how Clio's matte formula works, the lipstick doesn't emphasize my lip texture or fine lines, which I really appreciate. The color payoff isn't great. You can tell it's a different shade from my natural lip color, but I have to apply it multiple times and layer it repeatedly to get decent coverage. That's a bit disappointing. Actually, now that I think about it, the fact that you need to build it up with multiple layers might actually be helpful for beginners. I'm not the best at makeup application myself, so honestly, the lighter color payoff doesn't feel like such a major drawback to me. It's actually easier to layer and adjust the intensity gradually than to mess up a bold application and have to fix it. This shade is absolutely perfect for deep undertones. I was surprised by how intense the pink looked at first, but after a few minutes it settles into the most natural brick tone. If you have warm undertones, you really need to grab this! It's way too matte. If I skip the Vaseline at night and go to bed, the next day when I apply it, the dry patches become super obvious and it looks flaky. Exfoliating before application is a must! If you apply a generous layer of Vaseline before bed, it works wonders for preventing dryness. The color payoff is so natural and beautiful. It applies like a dream too. This is honestly a must-have product. I've been using it for a while now, and I'm so satisfied that I really can't find anything to complain about. It looks gorgeous when you use it as a base and layer it on.

I really recommend it! The shade is soft yet vibrant, perfect for everyday wear. When I pucker my lips after applying it, there's a slight stiff, sticky feeling that's a bit uncomfortable. The color payoff is incredibly natural, just slightly enhancing the saturation of my own lip tone. I've been using it for several months now Unfortunately, it arrived with the product broken inside the packaging, which was disappointing.
