The color looks natural and it's so easy to apply with a thin, precise line. It seems to hold up really well even with oily skin around the eyes. After I prep the area with a matte finish, I barely get any smudging at all. Plus, it removes cleanly with cleansing oil, which is super convenient. When I first try to apply it, if there's any oil on the skin, the product doesn't flow smoothly and it doesn't go on as nicely as I'd like. You'll get the best results if you mattify the eye area first before applying.

I've always stuck with black, but I wanted something that felt natural yet defined, so I grabbed the brown and it was exactly what I was looking for! Plus, Clio products are seriously long-wearing and don't budge—I can do my makeup in the morning and skip touch-ups all day. I used to only wear black, but I decided to try the brown shade and I'm so impressed! The red undertone isn't overwhelming at all, and the color is rich and absolutely perfect. I prefer drawing thin lines, so I was hesitant after reading reviews saying the brush felt flimsy, but that's not my experience at all. The brush has plenty of control! On my first try, I just drew naturally, and on the other side, I applied more pressure with my finger to blend it slightly, and the result is fantastic. I'm completely satisfied! I haven't experienced any irritation yet, and I wouldn't discourage anyone from trying it. It applies so smoothly and evenly - Clio really delivers! The only thing is the size feels a bit small, so I'll need to use it for a while longer to see how long it actually lasts. My original eyeliner wasn't working well anymore, so I decided to try this new one! Since I have oily skin around my eyes, I've tested almost every waterproof eyeliner out there, and this one really does resist smudging. It's not completely smudge-proof, but the staying power is impressive - I can touch it up once in the morning and again around lunch, and it holds up beautifully until evening. Even though it's brown, it's not a pale brown at all. It's a deep brown with just the right amount of black mixed in, giving it a natural yet defined look. Clio's pencil liner is already so famous that I wondered if their liquid version would be just as good. I'm really happy with this purchase! It's waterproof so it handles water well, but it's not perfect against oil. After a while, it does fade a bit. The staying power is excellent, and it dispenses just the right amount so it's easy to apply. Plus, there's no smudging or feathering whatsoever. The cap broke way too easily, which caused the product to dry out quickly, so I ended up not being able to use it.

I stopped buying Japanese brands after the boycott, but honestly, Clio Kill Brown is just amazing! The staying power, the application, everything about it is fantastic. My eyelids tend to get oily, but this product really keeps everything in place and lasts all day long. It removes beautifully with cleansing water and cleansing foam, and since it doesn't come off easily during the day, it's definitely my holy grail. I just hope they never discontinue it. If they release an even better version, I'm totally here for it! The price is a bit steep, and I really wish they'd do more buy-one-get-one deals. Also, sometimes even though I haven't used much product, it doesn't dispense well. I've tried so many other eyeliners, and no matter how much eyeshadow or powder I use to set them, they always smudge and bleed all over the place. But this one? It absolutely doesn't do that at all. I'm seriously obsessed with it! I wish there was a lighter brown shade available. Something more natural and subtle in a brown tone?
