My skin specialist recommended this, and I've been using it ever since. It works well as a daily cleanser, but I was dealing with some serious internal dryness and redness that left my skin irritated and itchy. The good news is this doesn't sting at all, and it's been really gentle on my skin. Most people use it morning and night, but since my skin is quite dry and sensitive, I only use it in the evening. There's no tight, squeaky-clean feeling, so I think anyone with dry skin would really love this. Because my dryness is pretty intense, I do feel a slight pulling sensation after using it, but compared to other cleansers, this one feels much more hydrating. My skin used to have a lot of flaking, but it's become so much smoother now. First of all, the price is pretty steep. When I'm removing sunscreen or makeup, I have to do a double cleanse, and it still feels like something isn't getting completely clean. It does remove makeup, but only if it's not too heavy. I really appreciated how it keeps my skin feeling hydrated and moisturized. The emulsion has a lovely, lightweight texture that applies smoothly. I wish the price point was more affordable and the product quantity was more generous. I've been using this since July 21st, 2025, and I absolutely love it! This product is fantastic for everyone, whether you have oily skin or dry skin. It works beautifully for all skin types. This cleanser has completely transformed my skincare routine. I'll be honest—I was hesitant about the price tag at first, but once I stopped using it, I noticed my skin really suffered. It became rougher and I dealt with more excess oil. I used to rely on enzyme cleansers, but since emulsions and milk cleansers work so well for my skin, I can't be entirely sure if it's this product specifically or just the formula type that suits me. That said, I genuinely love the product itself, and after using it consistently, I feel like I'm definitely getting my money's worth! I do wish the price could be a bit more reasonable sometimes. I suppose that's just the reality of an esthetic brand though. I apply it to dry skin using a coin-sized amount, massage it in with rolling motions, then add water and continue rolling. It removes almost all my makeup—except for stubborn eye and lip products—in one step! Since I don't need a second cleanse, I actually feel like I'm getting better value for what I'm paying.
