I've tried other waterproof formulas, but they all smudge and leave me looking like a panda by the end of the day. But Cosnoree's waterproof formula? It doesn't budge at all! I'm honestly amazed by how well it holds up, and I've been recommending it to all my friends. I can't really think of anything I didn't like about it. I'm going to keep using it and see how it performs over time.

The formula is excellent and the waterproof quality gives me confidence. I'm really happy with the color too. This is honestly the best eyeliner I've ever used, hands down. 1. It has a thin formula. 2. It applies so smoothly and effortlessly. (It works great even after I've done my base makeup. Other eyeliners don't perform well when there's any oils on the skin) 3. It barely smudges at all. (People who've had eyelid surgery might relate to this, but after my procedure, most eyeliners would smudge on me. This product smudges way less) 4. The packaging is slim and compact, so it doesn't take up much space. Honestly, I can't think of any downsides. Please don't discontinue this product. Keep making it! + Additional feedback There is one frustrating thing though! Since it's a pencil-style liner, it breaks pretty easily, and sometimes the broken tip gets stuck in the cap, making it hard to open. I'd recommend stocking up on this one while you can.

Seriously impressive staying power. Application: Most eyeliners require multiple passes because they're so pigment-light, but this one delivers rich, intense color in a single stroke. The application is incredibly smooth and satisfying. I'm wondering if it's because it's brand new, but either way, I'm absolutely thrilled with how it performs. Texture: The thin, lightweight formula is fantastic. Even without a sharpener, the tip stays precise enough that you don't need to sharpen it. If this somehow crumbles on me, I'm coming back here furious to update this review. Size: The compact is pretty tiny, which is great for portability, but it might feel a bit awkward to hold in your hand. That said, the actual product amount inside is comparable to or even more generous than those bulky eyeliners out there. When I compared them side by side, I was pleasantly surprised. I love that it doesn't smudge easily. It applies smoothly and is super easy to use, plus the color is versatile enough for everyday wear. It's become my go-to product! I've always used brush eyeliners, so I decided to try a pencil eyeliner for the first time! The timing was perfect because there's currently a buy-one-get-one promotion, so I was able to grab it at a really great price. I'm really happy about that! Plus, the pencil eyeliner applies so smoothly and precisely with a thin, delicate line, which makes it such a pleasure to use! Just two days into using it, one of my eyeliners snapped. I wasn't doing anything rough with it, but the moment I opened the cap, the eyeliner inside just broke off and fell out. I trusted the quality ingredients and decided to buy it, and I'm really happy with how well it applies. It was supposed to be smudge-proof, but it seems to smudge a bit on my eyes. I'm really happy with how thin and easy it is to apply - it goes on smoothly and doesn't smudge at all! If you're looking for a natural liner shade, I'd recommend this one
