When it meets water, it creates a soft, luxurious lather that makes cleansing feel amazing. There's barely any irritation on my skin. The scent reminds me of peppermint, like what you'd find in a handmade soap and shampoo shop. --- Cleansing Power & Finish What I loved most was the squeaky-clean finish after washing! I prefer that truly-clean feeling rather than something slippery or overly moisturizing. This cleanser leaves my skin feeling refreshed and perfectly clean, which is exactly what I wanted. I forgot to bring my usual foam cleanser, so I borrowed my friend's and gave it a try. As expected with my super sensitive skin... The cleansing power was really impressive, and I loved how clean and fresh my skin felt afterward. My skin completely rebelled against it. Absolutely rebelled. My face started getting itchy, and I got the exact same reaction I always get when my skin encounters ingredients it doesn't like. It's a solid, reliable product. The value for money is really great, and you get a generous amount. The cleansing power is decent, and the texture is nice and creamy. The lather isn't super abundant, but honestly, everything about it is pretty average in the best way possible. The packaging feels a bit flimsy, to be honest. The cap is loose, so water seeps in between the lid during showers, and some of the product leaks out because of it. I picked this up specifically for deep cleansing, and I have to say it really delivers. It removes makeup and impurities effectively, and does an amazing job cutting through excess oil. The cleansing power is almost too strong, honestly. This product really helps clear up breakouts! I actually switched my cleanser and ended up dealing with both congestion and folliculitis, but since I started using this, my skin has improved so much! I love how gentle this cleanser is while still doing an amazing job removing makeup and impurities. I'm already on my third tube and honestly, I'd be heartbroken if they discontinued it. The packaging could use some improvement. I wish it came in something more convenient than a tube format.
