This toner applies so smoothly and hydrates beautifully! I use a lot of aloe products, and I'm currently on my second bottle of this one. It's packed with benefits and I absolutely love it! My daughter is obsessed with it too—every time we run out, she immediately asks me to buy more. I'm genuinely thrilled with this product! This formula is incredibly lightweight, making it absolutely perfect for summer application. I do notice it dries a bit quickly during winter months, which is a minor drawback. I don't really notice any particular difference when using this product. I used this every night before bed, and I really loved it. It wasn't irritating at all, and it actually helped calm and soothe my skin beautifully. The amount seems a bit small for the price. I've been using this for years now. I've tried plenty of department store cosmetics too, but I decided to stock up on several bottles because of the affordable price, the company's commitment to cultivating aloe vera directly, the quality ingredients, and the reasons below. 1. Hydration and no breakouts. My skin is naturally dry and prone to occasional acne, but this toner keeps it beautifully moisturized. If you have oily skin, I think you'd love using this as a winter toner. I've never experienced any breakouts from this product. Even when I layer emulsion, cream, sunscreen, and foundation on top, my makeup never shifts because of this toner. That said, during harsh winter dryness when my skin feels tight and cracked after cleansing, I did notice a slight stinging sensation when applying it. The aloe vera leaf juice concentration is quite high (though I'm not sure of the exact percentage), but I haven't noticed any dramatic effects like acne fading. 2. Glass packaging Sometime around 2024, the brand switched to plastic containers (the emulsion now comes in plastic with a pump), but you can still purchase the glass bottle version. Both the toner and its paired emulsion originally came in glass bottles. Since the emulsion is thicker, I had to flip the bottle upside down and tap my palm against it to dispense the product, which was inconvenient. The toner, being liquid, flowed easily when I tilted the bottle, so application was never a problem. Considering microplastic concerns and product freshness, as someone who prefers glass over plastic, I'm disappointed by the plastic container redesign. That's why I've been stockpiling the previous glass bottle version. I'd be happy to pay a bit more if the brand would stick with glass packaging and just improve the dispensing mechanism. Also, since this brand rarely includes samples, I'd love to see mini sizes available for purchase. Because I genuinely love this product, I'm leaving this detailed review hoping the brand team reads it. The product contents are perfect with no complaints. I have really sensitive skin with small pores, and I break out the very next day if I use even slightly incompatible products, so I can't just use anything. But this product? I'm on my several bottles now because it's such amazing value for money. It's not irritating at all, and when I apply it, my skin feels instantly hydrated and soothed. I absolutely love it. Don't expect intense moisturizing from this one.
