I was using another brand's serum, but it felt way too heavy for summer, so I decided to give this a try! Even though it's called an ampoule, the formula is absolutely perfect for combination skin during the hot months. After using it, I don't experience any pore enlargement or excess oil buildup, no matter how many hours pass. I've been using this exclusively all summer long! This is my second bottle already. I've noticed a real difference in my pores, so I'm definitely going to keep using it. The aloe vera ingredient seems genuinely effective. I wish they offered a larger size option. It would be great if this product became more well-known! Highly recommended for anyone concerned about pores and combination skin! It seems pretty decent overall. I don't think I'd repurchase it, but I have to say it's gentle on the skin. My complexion feels a bit smoother, and after applying it, my skin texture looks subtly refined and more even. It doesn't really do much for pores, and while it does help a little with skin texture, there are so many amazing serums flooding the market right now. Honestly, there's no real reason to choose this one over everything else that's out there. It provides a slight improvement to skin texture. As someone with combination and sensitive skin, I really value a good ampoule, so I decided to try this one with aloe that's supposed to be great for oily areas! It has a thick, sticky texture that takes a bit of time to absorb into the skin. Once it sets, my skin feels so smooth and protected, like there's a protective barrier on top! Plus, the price point is really affordable, so I don't hesitate to repurchase. It has no fragrance and applies smoothly with a soft, hydrating feel rather than leaving a sticky residue. It doesn't provide that deep moisture-lock feeling, and the hydration doesn't seem to last long after application. Because of this, it might be a bit too lightweight for those with dry skin. Since I have dry skin, even a small amount of essence absorbs quickly and leaves my skin feeling quite parched. So I've found that using a few extra pumps and applying it in two thin layers works better for me.

There's really nothing to complain about, though those with dry skin might find it feels a bit lightweight for their needs. During times when you're dealing with intense sun exposure or your skin needs extra calming, applying an additional layer gives you even more soothing benefits. The best part is that even with multiple applications, it never feels heavy or sticky on your skin.
