It's perfect for a light, easy-to-use product. I purchased this because it was supposed to deliver a cooling effect, but unfortunately it doesn't provide the cooling sensation I was expecting. For those with dry skin, the watery formula might feel a bit too light and leave skin feeling parched rather than hydrated. That's why I found it challenging to use on its own and ended up layering it with another toner to boost its moisturizing benefits.
