I'm really satisfied with how well this cleanses. It removes makeup and impurities just as effectively as oil-based cleansers, so I don't feel like I'm compromising on cleansing power at all. I've been using this cleansing foam in a foaming pump bottle every morning, and I can really feel the difference in my skin. It's noticeably clearer and healthier-looking. I think it's because the formula is so gentle and non-irritating that my breakouts have significantly calmed down. The only downside is the price point, but honestly, it's worth every penny. The price point makes it really accessible for anyone trying a cleansing water for the first time. I appreciated how affordable it is to give this product a shot. I'm not sure if it's the product itself or if the cotton pads are causing irritation, but I'm disappointed with the results. It's hard to tell whether the cleansing water isn't performing as expected or if the applicator is the culprit.

I've had rosacea-prone skin for 6 years now, and this has been the only cleanser that works for me, even when my face was completely covered in redness and irritation everywhere except around my eyes. I've tried so many products marketed as gentle—foams, gels, you name it. I'd check the ingredients through reviews and purchase them, but every single time, my face would get even redder right after cleansing. When I tried using cotton pads or cleansing pads, I'd get the same irritation, so I started using this by pouring the cleansing water into a foaming pump bottle and using it that way. I've been doing this for over 3 years now! What's interesting is that other cleansing waters, even ones known for being gentle, lose their foam and turn watery when I pump them from a foaming bottle. But this one? It keeps that rich, creamy lather going. About 2 years ago, my skin finally improved enough that I could actually wear makeup again. Now I occasionally do heavier makeup looks, and for those days, I cleanse with this about 3 times. For lighter makeup, double cleansing is enough, and I use a cotton pad for eye makeup. I go through about one bottle a month, so I've probably used close to 20 bottles by now. I'm honestly so worried it might be discontinued that I stock up with 5 bottles every time I order. If you have a compromised skin barrier like mine and you're searching for something truly gentle, I really recommend this. The pump dispenser is really convenient because it doesn't leak, making it easy to carry around. I also appreciate how smoothly it applies to cotton pads. I barely felt any irritation on my skin, and I was really satisfied with how well it cleanses. It worked well enough for removing sunscreen, but I can't really say how effective it is for makeup or other types of cleansing.

It has a pump that dispenses the product upward, so I can apply it directly onto my cotton pads with ease. The formula is really gentle and clean. I honestly can't think of any downsides. The size is generous, the ingredients are quality, and the price point is really reasonable, which I love. You can even refill this container with other cleansing waters and it works beautifully. After 2 weeks of use I don't usually wear makeup, but I purchased this because I use sunscreen daily. It's smooth and clean, and it cleanses really well. If I had to point out one drawback, it's the dispenser opening that I found inconvenient. I always use a generous amount of cleansing water to keep my skin hydrated and avoid irritation, but when I press the pump, if I squeeze out too much, it drips everywhere and becomes messy. When my skin is feeling extra sensitive, I tilt the bottle and squeeze a good amount into my palm, then massage it gently onto my skin.
