What I really loved was how easy it is to get my daily vitamins without any hassle. The taste was so off-putting that I stopped taking it and ended up letting it expire. Look, I take about 20 different supplements, and even when they don't taste great, I just power through them, you know? But this one is really hard to swallow. I get that supplements aren't about flavor, but the taste is just... ugh. There's this weird metallic, fishy aftertaste that just won't go away. Honestly, I couldn't keep taking it. You might need to hold your breath while taking this.
