While the price point isn't the most budget-friendly, the quality of the product itself seems quite solid and worth it. For my husband, who isn't a fan of powder-based supplements, keeping it at the office makes it easier for him to remember to take it daily.

I was taking both pills at first and noticed I was making more trips to the bathroom, so I switched to just one pill a day and I'm still really happy with the results! No downsides so far! So many people around me raved about seeing real results with this product, and since I hadn't found anything that actually worked for me before, I decided to give it a try. The results were impressive and it was convenient to use, but it requires refrigeration which makes it a hassle to carry around with me.

It was just your standard probiotic supplement, nothing fancy. The instructions say to take two capsules daily, but I wasn't paying attention and only took one. One bottle is supposed to last 30 days, so our family should have gone through it in about a week. We were confused about why it seemed to last so long until we realized we'd been taking it wrong the whole time, haha! Since I was only taking half the recommended dose, I didn't notice any real benefits. Plus, having to keep it refrigerated was a bit inconvenient.
