I originally bought this for my father, but he wasn't interested, so I've been taking it myself in my late twenties. Honestly, most supplements are pretty similar anyway... I don't think it's doing any harm! The truth is, I take it consistently every day out of habit, but I'm not entirely sure about the actual results. I can't really tell if it's working. When your body is already doing fine, it's hard to know whether the supplement is actually making a difference or if your body is just naturally in good shape. It's confusing! Once I finish this bottle, I don't think I'll buy it again.

Instead of juggling multiple supplements separately, this one product covers everything we need. The only thing I'd mention is that the pill size is a bit large, but honestly that's really the only drawback!
