I've tried other Cloud Nine products and they all have the same issue with their ingredient quality

I love the design of the packaging. It has an emulsion formula but stretches like cheese when you apply it. It glides on smoothly and absorbs quickly into the skin. The pump dispenser makes it easy to control how much product you use. The hydration and oil balance feel just right. I wish the container were transparent like a toner bottle so I could see how much product I've used. My eyes felt irritated when I applied it. My skin felt dry after using it. I even developed breakouts. Choosing the right skincare these days feels really overwhelming. I specifically asked the staff for a product for sensitive skin, but I didn't expect it to cause irritation. Everyone's skin is different, I know, but it's honestly exhausting to have to research every single ingredient before making a purchase. We should question what the staff recommends and do our own research. Even when I test products before buying, finding something that actually works for my skin is incredibly difficult. I think it would be so much easier if I could get samples to try first before committing to a full-size purchase.
