The texture and scent (it has that fresh mask essence kind of fragrance, you know?) are both great - I'm a fan of that type of aroma, so no complaints there! I expected a watery serum to have a liquid texture like a toner or essence, but it's actually closer to an emulsion formula. The texture is thicker than I anticipated, so I definitely feel more hydration. Plus, I didn't experience any irritation or breakouts when applying it. It's a pretty middle-of-the-road product without any standout strengths or weaknesses. It's one of those items you'll use if you have it, but wouldn't necessarily repurchase. Personally, I prefer the lightweight feel of liquid formulas, so this thicker, heavier texture didn't appeal to me as much. That said, I can see how people with dry skin might actually prefer this formula. However, it's not like the hydration is exceptionally impressive either. The moisture I'm feeling is really just from layering another base product on top, not from this product's own moisturizing or hydrating power. I used it as an emulsion alternative after prepping my skin with a toner.

It's perfectly straightforward and so easy to apply without any fuss. I love how effortless it is! This product is pretty middle-of-the-road, honestly. Nothing really stood out as amazing, but nothing disappointed me either. That said, I'm planning to keep using it.

Get two. I have a feeling I'm going to use this up incredibly fast, and I'm 500% ready to repurchase. This is truly a life-changing serum. 1. Texture and Application Check out the photo of my hand first! It's basically a hydrating moisturizer with a rich, bouncy texture. But I love that it comes in a pump dispenser. I prefer pumping and spraying rather than scooping directly, and I really appreciate how hygienic that feels. The opening is small, so it's easy to control the amount. The pump isn't stiff either—it has a smooth, gentle resistance that makes dispensing the perfect amount super easy. It feels like a hydrating cream, but somehow lighter? Most serums are so moisture-heavy that they feel thick, so this light feeling was actually surprising at first. When I spread it on, the shine is absolutely incredible. The glow is unreal. It's not oily at all. There's just enough emollient to give that moisturizing cream feel, so even oily skin won't feel burdened. The spreadability is incredibly smooth despite not being oily—it's almost all hydration. The finish is fresh and clean, just like the name suggests—cloud-like. When applied to the face, that lightweight feeling really becomes apparent. It's kind of amazing, actually. It floods your skin with moisture and feels substantial when you apply it, but once it absorbs, it becomes slightly tacky without any stickiness, staying fresh and incredibly light. It's like you're not wearing anything. Your skin feels like it's in its absolute best condition. After toner, this product alone is hydrating enough to be your final step. Since it's summer, I'm thinking of simplifying my routine and just doing toner and Cloud 9. If you don't have extremely dry skin, I think this would be enough for most people in summer. 2. Scent Do you know that pink Nivea lip balm that comes in a tin? It smells exactly like that. If I had to describe it, it's like a blend of rose and raspberry in a creamy fragrance. The scent isn't strong—it's subtle. Once it absorbs, there's barely any smell left. 3. What I Love I tested this daily for several days. Right after cleansing, while my skin was still damp from essence, I'd apply a thin layer and let it absorb, then apply only a hydrating toner before using this product. And I didn't experience any tightness at all. Normally, such a simplified routine would be impossible for me. This product really fills my skin with moisture from within. I can do my makeup right after and it still feels fresh with a slight tackiness that works beautifully. It's great even before bed. I used to hate how sticky creams felt at night, but this one felt so refreshing and hydrating—absolutely wonderful. The next morning, my skin's oil-water balance is perfectly balanced. No shine, no tightness, just smooth, supple, and hydrated skin at its absolute best. There's always been something I wished was different, but surprisingly, there's nothing. I've been trying a lot of products lately, and this is genuinely one of the standout products I've tested recently. It's definitely a holy grail product. Once I finish this bottle, I'm definitely stocking up.
