I received this as a birthday gift and I'm so happy it's not a runny formula! It applies smoothly without sitting on the surface and absorbs right into my skin. I'm absolutely thrilled!!! I felt like I was using something really gentle on my skin. Plus, it added such a nice hydrating effect that I really loved. It's perfectly fine... I really like it. I wish it didn't contain potentially harmful ingredients like phenoxyethanol and a few other questionable components.

Right after application, my complexion feels noticeably brighter and more radiant. The scent is exactly like a classic dad's toner and emulsion, and honestly, it smells amazing. It's labeled as a whitening toner, but even after using almost the entire bottle, I haven't noticed any significant brightening results. Also, the formula tends to pour out quite a bit when I dispense it by hand, which is a bit inconvenient. I find that using a cotton pad instead of applying directly with my hands gives me much better control over how much product I use.

After I shower, my skin usually feels pretty tight and uncomfortable, but this toner immediately makes it feel so much better and more comfortable. It's honestly a game-changer for that post-shower tightness. The bottle opening makes it really difficult to dispense the toner smoothly. The scent is absolutely lovely, and since it's supposed to brighten, I'm using it. Plus, it feels so hydrating and moisturizing - I really love that! I'm not really sure if it's actually making my skin noticeably brighter, to be honest. I'm still giving it a try though and hoping for the best.
