I have chronic nasal congestion and usually breathe through my mouth, but since using this, I can breathe comfortably through my nose. I love that it's made without harsh ingredients, so I use it with confidence every morning and night. The size is a bit small, so I feel like I'll run through it quickly. Since it's preservative-free, I always need to apply it with a cotton swab. It works best when you apply it regularly around your nose area. I make sure to use it every night before bed.
